Yes.  Parents required to sign waiver of responsibility for their children.  Children must never be unattended.  (Insurance Requirement).  See house rules for complete policy. 

Guests receive an email from us letting them know entire check in procedure; everything they need to know about the property.  We even give them a choice of muffins for their continental breakfast.

1 - 2 dogs in this Cabin are fine.  Big dogs too.  Some breed restrictions apply.  Please contact us prior to booking.  We do not accept any other type of pet.  We dog proof leather furniture, bedding, carpets, etc to avoid damage for you.  Fee covers this dog proofing, cleaning, sanitizing & fumigation.  We supply dog covers (also possibly kennels).  Dog must be inside a kennel while you are not in residence or travel with you.  We need a copy of vaccination record per ins. co.  Cost $99 for dog parents who BYOB (bring their own Bedding for queen, full & twin beds), or $149 if we supply bedding for queen, full and twin beds (dry cleaning costs).  See house rules for entire Dog Policy.  Dog watching may be even be available.

NO SMOKING, VAPING, ETC. INDOORS.  Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors
